Patagonia Regulator 5mm Three-Finger Mittens are warm, flexible winter surf gloves made with Yulex® natural rubber. Articulated fit, textured palm and sealed seams provide grip and protection. Ideal for 7°C to 13°C water.
The Patagonia Regulator® 5mm Three-Finger Mittens are winter surf gloves designed to provide warmth, comfort and reliable grip during cold-water sessions. Their 5mm construction delivers excellent insulation and is recommended for water temperatures between 7°C and 13°C / 45°F and 55°F.
They are made from a flexible blend of 85% Yulex® natural rubber and 15% synthetic rubber by polymer content. The natural rubber comes from sources that are Forest Stewardship Council® certified by Preferred by Nature™.
The interior features NetPlus® 100% recycled nylon, while the exterior uses NetPlus® 87% recycled nylon and 13% elastane. Both fabrics are flexible, solution-dyed and laminated with solvent-free AquaA® glue.
The articulated construction follows the natural shape of the hand for a snug fit and effective grip. A textured palm further improves traction, providing greater confidence while surfing and handling equipment.
All seams are triple-glued and blindstitched, with internal taping at high-stress areas for increased durability and water resistance. A microgasket at the wrist cuff provides an additional barrier against water entry.
