The Point-7 Carbon extensions are engineered to deliver the stiffness needed to correctly support the sail’s luff curve, ensuring optimal rig performance beyond simply saving weight.

Built around a simple and virtually indestructible system, they allow for fast rigging and effortless downhaul. The pulley and cleat system is fixed directly to the carbon tube and perfectly aligned with the sail pulleys, creating a clean, logical, and highly efficient rope path.

Oversized rollers and a free-running cleat minimize friction, making downhauling easy even on large sails. Manufactured from high-grade carbon, the extensions are available in 28 cm and 44 cm lengths with 2 cm adjustment increments, and come supplied with original Marlow 3.8 mm Formuline rope.
